STRONG CONTROVERSY AS POLITICAL LEADERSHIP OF IKWERRE ETHNIC NATIONALITY BEAMS.

Controversy has emerged over the political leadership of the Ikwerre ethnic nationality in Rivers State.

To some members of the All Progressives Congress the leader Ikwere Nation is the Minister of Transportation ROTIMI AMAECHI.

Speaking to our correspondent, Deputy Secretary of APC NAPOLEON UKALIKPE said that the present administration of governor WIKE is a direct blessing of ROTIMI AMAECHI as the face of the Ikwerre nation in Rivers State politics despite differences in party affiliation.

In a swift reaction, a PDP Chieftain and former Caretaker Committee Chairman of Rumuepirikom community, NELSON JOHN dismissed the claim by the All Progressives Congress.
