Paramount Ruler of Igbo Kingdom in Etche Local Government Area of Rivers State, His Royal Majesty King SAMUEL NDIWE AMAECHI has described the commissioning of the reconstructed roads in the Etche as a welcome development.
King AMAECHI commended Governor WIKE for putting smiles on the faces of Etche people by reconstructing the link roads which he said will help boost the economy of the people at the rural areas and state at large.
The Monarch called for peace and unity in the state which he said will enhance development in state.
King SAMUEL NDIWE AMAECHI is the paramount ruler of Igbo Kingdom in Etche Local Government Area of Rivers State.
