According to a Facebook User who witnessed the incidence, Ogechi Vincent Udeh, Inhabitants of Okeafa ,Ajao estate,Lagos took justice into their hands after nabbing an alleged female kidnapper of Togolese nationality.
He revealed that the woman reportedly hypnotized a teenage girl and was taking her away when the girl’s uncle spotted them and realized his niece was obviously under a spell.
The uncle then raised alarm and the woman was rounded up ,stripped,beaten and paraded.
It has become a norm for men to parade women naked under the guise of punishment.
